I was very nervous to partake in Mel's yoga session for burnout relief, as I have found myself highly stressed and disconnected from my body these last few years. Other classes I have attended which claimed to aid relaxation did not, and moved too fast for me to properly benefit from, so I was very happy to discover Mel's classes actually did what they claimed to do!
