I am a certified 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with a specialized focus on Ayurveda. My passion lies in working with women, helping them navigate and alleviate burnout, stress, and anxiety through holistic practices. Movement is a vital aspect of my approach, but I firmly believe in the importance of personalized self-care and wellness, recognizing that a one-size-fits-all method is not effective. I was very nervous to partake in Mel's yoga session for burnout relief, as I have found myself highly stressed and disconnected from my body these last few years. Other classes I have attended which claimed to aid relaxation did not, and moved too fast for me to properly benefit from, so I was very happy to discover Mel's classes actually did what they claimed to do! Mel tailored the session to meet my exact needs and I can say that it really made a big difference! Thanks Mel!!
