I will customize the class accordingly. -Ayurvedic Techniques: Incorporates Ayurvedic principles like specific asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness practices tailored to your dosha (body constitution). -Gentle Flow: Begins with a gentle, grounding flow to ease tension and prepare for deeper relaxation with restorative, stress-reducing poses. -Breathwork and Meditation: Guided pranayama (breath work) to enhance energy and focus, followed by a calming meditation to release mental and emotional fatigue. -Mind-Body Connection: Emphasizes mindful movement and listening to your body's signals, promoting overall well-being and resilience against burnout. -Relaxation and Self-Care: Ends with deep relaxation and self-care tips rooted in Ayurveda to maintain balance and prevent burnout. How to Prepare: Find a quiet, comfortable space without interruptions. Ensure to have space around your mat for arms and legs. Have a yoga mat, blanket, or towel ready. Wear comfortable clothing for easy movement. Keep a bottle of water nearby to stay hydrated.

I was very nervous to partake in Mel's yoga session for burnout relief, as I have found myself highly stressed and disconnected from my body these last few years.
