This class format incorporates tai chi and qigong principles to improve physical and mental well-being. TaiChi Basics introduces modified tai chi forms. Linking forms together in a guided flow increases strength and vitality using a 3-lunge series.     A gentle Tai Chi Class to help energy flow without putting pressure on any injuries or problem areas. Definitely suitable for beginners, mature people and like me, people with injuries. Heidi kindly taught me an easy routine to open up and allow the Qi to flow in my painful shoulder. I felt more open and relaxed after Heidi's class!
