Spiritual Companionship (Spiritual Life Coaching)
Interested in having someone to accompany you on your spiritual quest? A spiritual companion creates a safe space to explore your spiritual path where you can be vulnerable enough to ask the hard questions and allow space to “live with the questions.” A spiritual companion does not have the answers but through creating a safe space for exploration allows you to hear your own wisdom. This is best as an on-going relationship, usually monthly meetings. A free introduction to determine whether we are a good fit is offered. Blessings on your journey!

This session is the experience that I didn't even know that I needed! Rebekah offers a safe space to look at the big and deeper questions in life, helping you to get to the core of who you are. She offers a safe space where she will work with you and meet you where you're at in your life, irrespective of your belief system or lack of it. I got more out of those 60 minutes than I have in years of therapy. She reminded me of the benefits of being still instead of trying to distract myself with being busy, and suggested ways of learning to be be present and mindful. My only regret is not asking her to record the session at the beginning. I would book Rebekah again!
