Hello, I'm Rebekah Wagner.
As a life long spiritual seeker whose passion is companioning others, I am looking forward to connecting with you and your spiritual quest. While my native spiritual language is “nature mystic,” I also am fluent in Christian spiritual practices. I have both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in spiritual formation and more than 25 year’s experience as a chaplain and spiritual director. I have especially focused on traveling with others through life transitions such as marriage, divorce and health crises. I hope you find spiritual nourishment and support here at Sol.

This session is the experience that I didn't even know that I needed! Rebekah offers a safe space to look at the big and deeper questions in life, helping you to get to the core of who you are. She offers a safe space where she will work with you and meet you where you're at in your life, irrespective of your belief system or lack of it. I got more out of those 60 minutes than I have in years of therapy. She reminded me of the benefits of being still instead of trying to distract myself with being busy, and suggested ways of learning to be be present and mindful. My only regret is not asking her to record the session at the beginning. I would book Rebekah again!
