John is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He is very attentive and gentle making one feel in safe hands. I was a little curious going in, as I've had Reiki in person before but never on line. Oddly enough, I was sick with a cold during the session, and the cold symptoms stopped whilst he was doing the Reiki! I felt so much more grounded and relaxed after the session and slept like a baby afterwards! Thank you John.
