John Wooley, a health coach and energy medicine practitioner, brings a blend of Eastern and Western approaches to wellness. Currently completing his MA in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University, John has been a health and wellness advocate and coach since 2021 and a certified reiki master since 2023. His journey into the realms of sound healing and energy work is rooted in his background in audio engineering, providing a unique perspective on the intersection of music, psychology, and spirituality as a means to view human health in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. John is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. He is very attentive and gentle making one feel in safe hands. I was a little curious going in, as I've had Reiki in person before but never on line. Oddly enough, I was sick with a cold during the session, and the cold symptoms stopped whilst he was doing the Reiki! I felt so much more grounded and relaxed after the session and slept like a baby afterwards! Thank you John.
