The Bible can be compared to a river that carries us in its current, bringing us into the presence of God. While this sacred text is enlivened and made accessible by God alone, He makes it available to anyone who is willing to come to Jesus with an open and receptive heart. I have been rigorously studying the scriptures in a contemplative way for over 25 years and it is my great joy to support others in engaging with God in the sacred texts in a way that is spiritually reverent, enlivened and profoundly fruitful. I draw from Christian traditions that are rooted in our ancient Judaic heritage, practices that were essential in the early church, as well as more modern methods of study and exegesis. Growing in contemplative biblical exploration is a delightful and transformative journey.
