I'm an artist, musician, writer, and seeker. Here at Sol, I'm focusing on coaching and practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) -- a communication practice and spiritual approach that changed my life and my relationships. I'm also doing sessions (Inner World and Prospecting for Possibilities) that help you use tarot and dream imagery to connect to yourself, learn your own truths, and get your own advice. I'm based in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, where you can usually find me at karaoke night or sitting by the lake.

NVC ((Non violent Communication) is super interesting! It's something I'd never heard of before, and learning about this style of communicating via relationship analysis of the Netflix show 'Love Is Blind', was both fun and incredibly insightful!
