Being the Black Sheep of the Brown​/​ Asian​/​ Linear Family: If you are a creative offspring in a family of rational scientists, this one is for you, and vice versa! Using tools from spirituality, conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and Buddhism, I aim to help clients who have grown up very "different" from their families to own their voice, have greater peace with their loved ones, AND flourish in their chosen passions. Applying bridge-building techniques to family dynamics and relationships, especially if you have become accustomed to sabotaging yourself due to conditioned negative self-talk, this session can help you flourish in your chosen path, heal your resentment towards your kin, and "have it all".
