TaiChi & Flow for Health
Tai Chi is “Everyday's' experience and awareness of connections between mother earth, self, and the universe. Chi (Ki) refers to energy flow, mindfulness, and moving meditation. Learning Dantian breathing and a short form of traditional Tai Chi, then learning “ TaiChi for health" is the sequence. Through this class you will physically be improving your joint movements, and flexibility and mentally establishing yourself, releasing stress and anxiety.
