My sessions are designed to help trauma survivors feel safe, understood, and empowered while exploring healing through creativity, symbolism, and gentle nervous system regulation. This is not therapy, but a supportive, trauma-informed space focused on growth, meaning-making, and practical coping tools. In a session, you can expect: A calm, non-judgmental listening space You will have room to share your experiences, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. I prioritize emotional safety, consent, and gentle pacing. Creating a symbolic healing framework Together, we will build a personal system of symbols, metaphors, and archetypes to help you understand your journey in a safe, meaningful way. This might include themes like the phoenix, inner landscapes, protective figures, or life path narratives. Personalized emotional regulation tools You will receive tailored coping strategies to help manage overwhelm, anxiety, triggers, or emotional intensity. These are practical techniques you can use in daily life. Somatic and nervous system education I introduce simple body-based practices to support grounding, regulation, and safety, helping you understand how trauma lives in the nervous system. Creative healing exercises Sessions may include gentle guided activities such as: Choosing a spirit animal or protective archetype Creating personal mantras or affirmations Visualization exercises Narrative or symbolic journaling prompts Spiritual-philosophical perspective (optional) My approach is influenced by Buddhist and Taoist principles such as acceptance, balance, impermanence, compassion, and flow. These ideas are offered in a non-religious, inclusive way. Focus on empowerment and meaning-making The goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and connected to a personal story of resilience, growth, and inner strength.
