Since then I have spent many years studying Vedic philosophy in ashrams around the USA and India. I have been teaching topics such as karma​,​ Ayurveda​,​ the guṇas of yoga​,​ meditation​,​ kirtan​,​ Bhagavad Gītā​,​ and so on. My teaching journey has led me to speak at many universities​,​ multinational companies​,​ yoga studios​,​ retreats​,​ and in humble settings of homes and 12-step programs. Teaching is my passion​,​ helping others help oneself is what inspires me.
